We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual or agency to collaborate with us in setting up these systems for our current clients.
About You:
Technical Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Bland AI, Open AI, Pipedream, Make, Zapier etc)
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts
- Familiarity with API integrations
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Qualities:
- A passion for AI and its potential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest AI advancements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor the AI Phone and Email assistants
- Configure and set up for seamless integration with client systems.
- Train the AI models for optimal performance in handling calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and writing personalized emails.
- Test and troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on using our AI solutions effectively.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with machine learning (ML) concepts
- Familiarity with specific CRM or appointment scheduling software
- A background in customer service or sales
