The first page: Trainer page (where the customer trains the learning materials)
The second page: Reply page for questions the bot cannot answer (where the customer provides answers to those questions)
✅Workflow for this app:
The user inputs voice, text, images, and other files in the request field. When the user sends a request, the bot can respond to text and images but not to other files (e.g., PDFs). In such cases, the bot forwards these files to the customer. The customer then reviews the files received from the bot and sends the answers back to the bot. Finally, the bot delivers the answer to the user.
In here, when the input is voice, the output is one too. when the input is text, the output is one too
