4D Construction Planning Model
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a straightforward 4D model that helps me visualise and communicate the construction plan for an upcoming project. The emphasis is on construction planning rather than pure architectural design or deep-dive simulations. Only for the Structural steel elements of the project.
Scope
• Produce a high-level overview showing how the schedule unfolds over time.
• Include key elements of project scheduling, resource management, and site logistics so I can quickly spot clashes, idle periods, and site-use bottlenecks.
• A simple walkthrough or time-liner animation that I can share with my team in meetings.
What I will provide
– Marked up drawings showing the planned sequence.
– A 3D model (RVT and .IFC) as well as drawings.
– Any resource or site constraints I already know.
What I expect back
1. A consolidated 4D model file compatible with common tools such as Navisworks, Synchro, or similar.
2. An exported MP4 (or comparable) animation of the construction sequence.
3. A short note explaining how to adjust dates or update tasks if the schedule shifts.
The goal is clarity rather than ultra-detailed task sequences—so keep it lean, fast to open, and easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand.
