3D house design

I am looking for a freelancer to create a 3D house design for an triangular shaped lot. The design style of the house should be modern and it should be a two-story. I am open to suggestions on how to maximize the space on the lot. The ideal freelancer should have experience in 3D house design and be able to provide detailed and realistic renderings of the house. Knowledge of space planning and architectural design is a plus.
