Unique GTA 5 PC Character Creation

I'm looking for an experienced modder to create new, unique characters for GTA 5 on PC. These characters will not only add a fresh aspect to my gaming experience but also allow us to create fresh and unique GTA content.
**Details of the Project:**
- **Platform:** The character needs to be created for GTA 5 on PC. Familiarity with the PC version's modding tools and techniques is essential.
- **Modification Type:** I am interested in a completely new character creation, it will only need to be an aproxximation of the look and feel given by concept art. Re-use of model assets is fine to decrease effort and increase tur naround speed.
- **Compatibility:** The new character should not require compatibility with any specific mod, such as LSPDFR or Script Hook V. However, ensuring that the character can be easily added to the game without conflicting with common mods is important.
**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proficient in 3D modeling and texturing, especially with software that's commonly used for creating GTA 5 mods (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max).
- Experience in creating custom characters for GTA 5, with a portfolio of past work that can be showcased.
