3D Sports Apparel Builder

ant an efficient designer/developer that can help with 3D front and backend development for my 3D sports uniform Builder/designer. I am specifically focusing on mobile design even though the desktop design needs to be great as well. I prefer to work with 1 person, but my scope may be too large for 1 person.
