Simple 2D Sketch-Layout into 3D Model (3ds)

Need a quick turnaround on a clients 2D sketch into a 3ds max file or 3d cad file that can be imported into 3ds max. The sketch is simple including walls and window frames in an office space. Some details are not all there such as window thickness so professional guess work is welcome to determine the missing details.
