3D Photorealistic Rendering of a Modern Office Space

We are seeking a skilled 3D artist to create a highly realistic rendering of a modern office space. This project aims to produce a detailed visual representation that can be used for interior design planning and marketing purposes.
Scope of Work:
Modeling and Texturing: Develop detailed 3D models of an office interior. This includes furniture such as desks, chairs, shelves, and decor items. Textures should be high-quality and realistic, reflecting accurate materials like wood, glass, and metals.
Lighting: Implement advanced lighting techniques to enhance the realism of the scene and highlight key features of the office design.
Rendering: Produce high-resolution, photorealistic images from various angles of the office. The final renders should include at least one wide shot of the entire office and several close-ups to showcase specific details.
Revisions: Allow for revisions based on feedback to ensure the final images meet our expectations.
Deliverables:
3D files in a standard format (e.g., OBJ, FBX)
High-resolution images in JPEG or PNG format
A brief report detailing the techniques and software used
