3D Max V. 2023 - Need Low Poly Modeler with proper materials for Web GL

Hi, to my clients I deliver GLTF Files with materials. The task is to build some modular architecture environment models like walls, shelf-walls , door-walls and floors that will fit seamless to be able to build architecture environments.
Tasks:
- With the info you build different Max files and send me gltfs as preview ( you can export them with the new max realtime exporter)
- When the result is good I will send you a structure for naming each object and each gltf. You then have to export each of the GLTF´s into specific folders.
