Build a 3D model of my house -- 2

I have 2D sketches of the proposal and I want to better understand the house by having a 3D model that represents the house and the sun orientation around the house. Currently, the internal height of the house is 2.4meters. The house is a bungalow with gable walls.

I will also want to add and change the layout to get a final design.
