375 sqft Office Design Package

I have a compact 375sq ft office that needs a complete modern makeover. The space must accommodate comfortable workstations, a single executive cabin and a small wet pantry with slab and storage and Small space for printer with Stationery while maintaining a clean, contemporary feel. Ergonomic furniture is a non-negotiable priority, so the layout and specifications have to showcase how each desk, chair and accessory supports healthy posture without cluttering the floor plan.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A precise 2D space plan (DWG / PDF) that details wall partitions, workstation sizing, the cabin layout and pantry utilities.
• Photorealistic 3D renders illustrating material palettes, lighting and furniture placement so I can visualise the final look before execution.

• A clear, itemised BOQ listing finishes, fixtures, ergonomic furniture and pantry equipment, ready for contractor bidding.

I tend to review plans in AutoCAD and appreciate renders from SketchUp + V-Ray or 3ds Max, though I’m open to the tool you’re most comfortable with as long as the output quality is high. All drawings should be to scale, and the BOQ must reference the same codes and dimensions used in the plans.

Once I approve the concept, 1-2 round of revisions is expected for fine-tuning. Deliver everything in organised folders (CAD files, JPEG/PNG renders, editable Excel BOQ) so the contractor can move straight to procurement and fit-out.
