### **Project Goal**
We are seeking a talented and experienced **Interior Designer** to create a complete, stunning, and highly functional interior design concept for a new **577 sq ft commercial space** (intended for retail shop/office use). The final deliverable must include a high-quality **3D 360-degree interactive walkthrough/virtual tour** of the finalized design.
### **Space Specifications**
* **Total Area:** 577 sq ft (approximate based on dimensions below).
* **Approximate Dimensions:**
* **Width:** 9.88 ft
* **Length:** 30.84 ft
* **Layout:** A simple outline/sketch with marked dimensions will be provided upon hiring. The space is relatively narrow and long.
* **Current State:** The space is currently a shell/empty.
### **Scope of Work & Deliverables**
The successful freelancer will be responsible for the following:
1. **Concept Development:** Develop a unique, modern, and practical interior design concept that maximizes the functionality of the narrow 577 sq ft space. The design should align with a yet-to-be-defined **brand aesthetic** (specific style/brand brief to be provided during the project).
2. **Space Planning:**
* Detailed floor plan/layout showing furniture placement, flow, and zoning (e.g., reception, display, workspace, storage, etc.).
* Optimal utilization of the 9.88 ft width.
3. **Materials & Finishes Selection:**
* Specification of all key materials (flooring, walls, ceilings), color palettes, lighting fixtures, and custom elements.
* Inclusion of a clear **Bill of Quantities (BoQ)** or materials list with specifications.
4. **Lighting Design:** Develop a strategic lighting plan to enhance the space, focusing on both ambient and task/accent lighting appropriate for a commercial environment.
5. **Final Deliverables (Required):**
* **High-Resolution 3D Renders:** Multiple views (4-6) showing key areas.
* **Technical Drawings:** Detailed floor plan, elevations, and sections suitable for construction.
* **3D 360-Degree Interactive Walkthrough/Tour:** This is a **mandatory** deliverable. The freelancer must provide the files/link necessary to view the interior design as an immersive, fully navigable virtual tour.
### **Ideal Candidate Profile**
