3D Visualisation Artist for Fragrance Range -- 2

Project Overview
My client Next Fragrance (https://nextfragrance.com) is looking to partner with an experienced 3D product visualisation artist to create ultra-realistic, studio-quality renders of their core fragrance range.

This project is about digitising their physical products into a reusable 3D asset library that will be used across their website.

Important: The artist will not be starting from scratch. Base 3D files will be provided.

Scope of Work
Product Range
* 10 fragrances
* 3 sizes per fragrance
- Perfume oil bottle + Packaging
- 50ml spray bottle + Packaging
- 100ml spray bottle + Packaging

Total outputs:
- 30 final high-resolution renders of the individual bottle
- 30 final high-resolution renders of the individual bottle with its packaging next to it
- Full editable source files

Visual & Quality Expectations
They are seeking cosmetic advertising-grade realism, comparable to high-end fragrance brands.

Key expectations:
- Photorealistic glass (accurate refraction, thickness, light behaviour)
- Realistic liquid inside bottles (no flat/fake fills)
- Clean, sharp label application with correct curvature
- Accurate material finishes (glass, metal, plastic, labels)
- Minimalist, premium studio lighting
- Consistent camera angles and framing across all products
- Neutral, timeless aesthetic suitable for luxury branding

These renders should be indistinguishable from professional studio photography at first glance.

- Minimum: 4000px on longest edge
- Clean background (light neutral / light gray / studio style)
- Consistent lighting and camera across all SKUs

Workflow & Structure
This project must be built using a master bottle system:
- One master 10ml perfume oil bottle
- One master 50ml spray bottle
- One master 100ml spray bottle
- Label & oil color variants derived from the master files

We want one unified scene, not 30 separate files built from scratch.

Milestones & Payment Structure
We will release payments in three clear milestones:
- Milestone 1 – Master Bottles & Packaging Approval (20%)
- Milestone 2 – All Sizes Rendered (40%)
- Milestone 3 – Source Files Delivered & Verified (40%)

Assets We Will Provide
- Supplier 3D files (BIP format) for bottles and packaging
- 10ml roll-on bottle 3D model
- Label artwork (vector / high-resolution)
- Bottle dimensions and reference photography
- Brand guidelines and aesthetic direction
- Reference imagery for realism expectations
