Villa Design for 40x60ft West-Facing Plot
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am looking to engage an architect to design a villa on a 40x60 ft west-facing plot, which is adjacent to a 30 ft wide road on the west side. The plot is surrounded by neighboring buildings as follows:
- North side: 50 ft high structure
- South side: 45 ft high structure
- East side: 35 ft high structure
Design Objectives:
I am seeking a design that prioritizes:
1. Natural ventilation and airflow
2. Green spaces at all levels, including trees and garden space on the ground floor with a seating area
3. A vintage-style swing in the living area for aesthetic and functional value
4. A Pooja room in the North-East corner, aligned with Vastu principles
5. A kitchen in the South-East zone
6. 4 bedrooms, with the master bedroom on the 1st floor overlooking the living and kitchen areas below
7. Provision for up to 4 floors, depending on structural feasibility and aesthetics
8. A thoughtful and distinctive elevation proposal

As this is my first time working with an architect via a freelancers group, I am starting with a limited budget of ₹15,000 for the initial concept stage. This phase would include:
1. A basic conceptual design
2. Initial layout/floor plan
3. A 3D visualization of the villa
If the design aligns with my expectations and vision, I will be happy to move forward to Phase 2, involving detailed architectural planning and further collaboration for execution.
