Urgent Minimalist Kitchen Living Renders

I have already completed the 2-D plans, working drawings, and concept layouts for a 3-BHK apartment; now I need photorealistic daytime 3-D views for just the kitchen and the living area. The look I’m after is clearly minimalist, so please keep the geometry clean and include only the essential elements—no heavy décor or styling layers.
What I will supply:
• PDF or DWG of the existing 2-D floor plans and elevations
• My concept sketches that clarify finishes and furniture positions
What I need back:
• Two to three high-resolution renders for the kitchen and the same for the living room, lit for natural daylight
• Files suitable for presentation (JPEG/PNG, minimum 3,000 px on the long edge)
• The original editable 3-D file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar—use whichever you prefer)
