Urgent 3D Exhibition Booth Design
Budget: $50 – $100 USD
I need a complete 3-dimensional concept for an exhibition booth and I need it today. The space is for an Exhibition (not a trade-show stand or a flashy product-launch stage), so flow and visitor comfort take priority over theatrical lighting effects.
The look must be distinctly Modern—clean lines, contemporary materials, no ornate trims. Within that style, the booth has to incorporate three functional zones:
• Display screens integrated into the walls or pillars for looping content
• A comfortable Seating area where visitors can pause for one-to-one chats
• Product showcases that spotlight items at eye level without crowding the floor
What I expect by the end of the day:
• High-resolution still renderings (front, back, and at least one aerial angle)
• A walk-through or turnaround animation (10–20 sec) if time allows
• The original 3D file in a common format (3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar) so my fabricator can pull exact dimensions
• A short key explaining materials and finishes
If you can jump on this immediately and deliver solid visuals that sell the design, let’s get started.
Using this we need to:
1. Put the reception desk at the front corner
2. on the right side of the reception desk we display the coil on the ground, not on a raised platform and without any glass covering.
3. one the left side of the reception desk we will place three branded cubes stacked on top of one another.
4. the back wall where the coil and cube were will become posters only.
5. in the corner between the two walls we need to make a serving counter to serve coffee and drinks.
6. the back wall needs to have a storage space behind it of 1.5m length and 1 depth at least.
7. the led lights should be 70% white and 30% red, so less red and more white
8. the logo needs to be backlit
I need this in 6 to 9 hours
