Upstairs Common Area 3D Render

I have a full set of architectural drawings for the upstairs common areas of a commercial building and now need them translated into photorealistic 3D imagery. The spaces include the lounge, connecting corridors and restrooms, and I want the final visuals to feel warm and inviting—think subtle wood finishes, comfortable soft furnishings and a lighting scheme that leans toward cosy, ambient warmth rather than the usual harsh commercial glare.

What I’m after
• Static, high-resolution renders from the key vantage points we agree on (lounge, corridor intersections, restroom entry).
• Consistent materials and colour palette that match the drawings and the mood board I’ll provide—wood accents, fabric textures and layered warm lighting should read clearly in each view.
• Source files so my design team can pull additional angles later if needed.

I’m happy to supply DWGs, elevations, finish schedules and reference photos the moment we kick off. Two rounds of tweaks to nail down material accuracy and lighting balance will be built into the timeline. If you can also supply a short fly-through or turntable once we lock the stills, let me know; it could be a helpful add-on.
