Uplift Building Renderings for Non-Profit

"Living Arts Building" Rendering Upgrade
Hi there,
I’m looking for a rendering artist to help elevate existing building renderings for a capital campaign. We already have architectural exterior and interior drawings, but they currently look very basic. What we need now is to turn them into warm, story-driven, community-centered renderings that reflect the heart of our mission.
About the Project:
We are in the final design stage of a new 6,000 sq ft, two-story community hub being built for Friendship Circle of Washington — a nonprofit dedicated to friendship, inclusion, creativity, and supporting individuals of all abilities.
The building is called Living Arts, and its purpose is to bring the community together through creativity, innovation, and belonging.
What We Need Rendered (Story-Focused):
We’re looking for renderings that feel alive, warm, inclusive, and human — not just empty architectural spaces. The renderings should reflect real activity and tell the story of what happens in each space.
Key areas to bring to life:
Gathering Café & Lounge (Main Level):
A versatile community café that doubles as a lounge and gathering space
Should feel warm, welcoming, inclusive
Can transform into an event space for families, volunteers, and community gatherings
Soul Studio — Creative Innovation Space:
Where art and technology meet
Art stations, digital tools, 3D printing, hands-on creative work
A place where individuals of all abilities are collaborating, learning, and exploring
Soul Gallery — Exhibition Space: (same as the main Lounge)
Showcasing artwork created by our participants
Should feel modern, bright, and inviting
This is where community meets creativity — small events, viewings, gatherings
Baking & Culinary Workshop Room:
A flexible kitchen/baking space used for workshops
Also designed to convert into movement-based activities
Should highlight inclusivity and vocational skill-building
General Building Flow
Hallways, stairways, and the overall layout should feel like a lively, inclusive hub
Warm lighting, natural materials, colorful accents, and activity
What We Want the Renderings to Convey:
A sense of belonging, creativity, and connection
The joy of people of all abilities creating together
Teen volunteers and participants interacting
Families, community members, and young adults feeling at home
A building alive with movement, friendship, and purpose
Not just architecture — emotion
Deliverables:
Updated, story-driven renderings of all key spaces
Possibly both daytime and evening/event atmosphere versions
Options for stills and short walk-through frames (optional)
