Truck Stop Interior Layout Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m planning the build-out of a new truck-stop convenience store and need a complete interior design package that I can hand straight to my GC and local permitting office.
The space must be organised and include
- area for hot food
-area for seating
-area for merchandise
-restrooms
-office area
Will send a reference picture to make things easier!
All finished in a consistent, modern style. Besides looking good, every drawing has to be construction-ready: clear labels for each zone, accurate wall-to-wall dimensions and elevations, and furniture/fixture callouts sized to scale so suppliers can quote immediately.
Here’s what I expect to receive:
• A 2-D floor plan (PDF + editable source such as DWG or SKP) showing precise measurements, section names.
• Photorealistic 3-D renderings from multiple vantage points, again with measurements and the section names visible so stakeholders can orient themselves quickly.
• Any native model files you use (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or similar) so we can tweak finishes later if required.
Acceptance criteria: final files open cleanly at full scale, all dimensions match between 2-D and 3-D, and the three sections are clearly differentiated through colour, material or lighting while preserving a coherent modern aesthetic.
If you can turn revisions quickly and neatly , I’d like to get started this week.
