3D Training Center Renderings
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking a skilled 3D renderer to create realistic floor and exterior lot plan renderings for an electrical training center in an existing warehouse.
Requirements:
- Use provided photos of the warehouse, parking, and Google Maps views
- Add 20+ angled parking spaces along the west and rear of the building
- Incorporate 8-10 open frame training cubicles, 2 restrooms, and a break room/office
- Add training areas in the rear for wire pulling and equipment handling
- Include realistic views with added equipment and trainees
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or others)
- Experience in architectural visualization
- Attention to detail and ability to create realistic environments
- Ability to deliver top-down and eye-level views
