I’d like a full 3-dimensional concept of my home’s exterior rendered in a warm, traditional style. The focus is on the entire outside view—from roofline to foundation—complete with thoughtful landscaping that frames the structure and shows how walkways, plantings, and lawn areas work together.
The final visuals should feel realistic and “storybook” traditional rather than modern or Mediterranean. Materials, trim details, and color palettes that convey classic charm will be appreciated, and the landscaping should complement that tone without overpowering the architecture.
Deliverables
• Editable 3D model (any mainstream format such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar)
• High-resolution still renders of all primary angles (front, sides, rear, and a slightly elevated perspective)
• One revision round to fine-tune materials, lighting, or planting layout after I review the first draft
