Tiny Home 3D Mock-Up

I have complete floor plans, elevations, and reference photos for a compact tiny-home design and now need it transformed into a polished 3D representation. The model must capture every interior and exterior detail—fixtures, finishes, furniture, landscaping, and realistic lighting—so I can showcase accurate renders to investors and contractors.

All dimensions, material references, and mood-board imagery will be in the package I send you on day one. You will be working in AutoCAD, delivering a fully textured and lit model that can be explored from any angle. High-resolution still renders should accompany the source file so I can review and print them at poster size.

Deliverables:
• Native AutoCAD 3D file with applied textures and lighting setups
• A folder of high-quality JPG or PNG renders (minimum 4K) covering key interior and exterior viewpoints
• Any custom texture or asset libraries used, neatly organised
