I need photorealistic 3D walkthrough visual renderings for a new residential development of stacked townhouses and residences. The scope covers both the full exterior façades and the entire interior —and the community itself.
Exterior

Interior
Render every principal room type so viewers can follow a natural walk-through: living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and the connecting circulation spaces. Furnishings and finishes must match.
Deliverables
• Exterior: at least two hero angles plus one wider streetscape
• Interior: one key perspective per room type listed above
• Still images in 4 K (JPG/PNG) ready for print and web
• Original 3D source files (3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, or comparable industry-standard format)
