SCOPE OF WORK (SOW)
Project Name: Candelaria Residence Visualization
Location: Candelaria (Sloping lot to lake)
1. Project Overview
The objective of this project is to produce 10 high-quality photorealistic 3D renderings for a custom residential property. The design must reflect a "Modern Mediterranean" or "Modern Spanish Revival" aesthetic, blending Old World charm with New World sophistication, situated on a lot that slopes down toward a small lake.
2. Areas of Concentration & Specific Requirements
The Designer will model and render the following areas with the specific details listed below:
A. Interior Spaces
1. Living Room (Central Hub)
Ceiling Height: Double-high ceilings (High Volume).
Layout: Serves as the central buffer between the open entrance courtyard and the back patio.
Key Features: Large statement fireplace.
Atmosphere: Grand, open concept, connecting the entrance to the view.
2. Kitchen
Ceiling Height: Standard height (10-12 ft) — same height as the bedroom wings.
Key Features: Large double islands.
Atmosphere: Functional luxury, integrating industrial elements.
3. Master Bedroom
Ceiling Height: Standard height (10-12 ft).
Atmosphere: Warmer colors, "cozy" aesthetic.
4. Master Bathroom
Key Features: Must include a small, private internal courtyard situated between/connected to the toilets.
Courtyard Detail: Features a small water fountain.
B. Exterior Spaces
1. Outdoor Patio (Terrace)
Location: Under the covered terrace.
Layout Requirement: Must feature an outdoor fireplace positioned specifically between the lounge seating (couches) and the hot tub.
2. Pool & Landscaping
Topography: The rendering must depict the property sloping down toward the lake.
Grass Areas: Adhere to the boxes indicated on the provided architectural drawings for designated grass zones.
Pool: Modern design suitable for the lot shape.

Layout: Open courtyard leading into the main living room.
