Singapore Apartment Interior Design Concept
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
I am looking for a freelance Interior Designer or Spatial Planner to provide a conceptual design and 3D mock-ups for a 4-room HDB unit (Premium Apartment) in Singapore.
Note: This is a Design-Only project. I will be managing the renovation and furniture procurement myself.
The Vision:
The home has a Modern Industrial aesthetic (polished concrete floors, raw concrete walls, matte black accents). I want to maximize the "loft" feel by hacking internal walls to create an open-concept "Great Room."
Scope of Work:
Space Planning (2D): * Optimize the Living/Dining area after hacking "Bedroom 3" to create a massive lounge.
Plan an expanded Master Suite after hacking the wall to "Bedroom 2."
3D Visualization (3-5 Renders):
The "Mega Lounge": Visualization of a large, distributed modular couch setup in a long, narrow living room (approx. 3.6m width).
The Master Suite: Visualization of a combined bedroom/wardrobe/bistro-nook area.
Details: Must show a "dark shadow line" floor transition where walls were hacked.
Furniture Scaling: Provide advice on dimensions for modular sofa pieces and a "transformer" coffee table to ensure the space remains walkable for two dogs.
Requirements:
Portfolio demonstrating experience with Modern Industrial or Minimalist styles.
Strong proficiency in 3D rendering (SketchUp/V-Ray, 3ds Max, or similar).
Familiarity with Singapore HDB layouts is a plus.
Ability to suggest materials/colors that match existing concrete textures.
Deliverables:
1x Revised Floor Plan (2D).
3-5x High-Quality 3D Perspective Renders.
