My goal is to transform my living room into a calm, modern retreat that invites relaxation and leisure at the end of every day. I’m drawn to a neutral palette—think soft whites, warm greys, and light beige—and a clean-lined, minimalistic furniture selection that keeps visual noise to an absolute minimum.

Here’s what I’d like from you:

• A scaled floor plan with furniture layout that maximizes open space while retaining a cozy, welcoming flow.
• 3D visualizations or photorealistic renders so I can clearly picture the end result before committing to purchases.
• A concise sourcing list (retail or custom) for key pieces—sofa, accent chairs, rug, lighting, and any essential décor—staying consistent with the neutral palette and minimal style.
• Basic styling guidelines covering textiles, artwork choices, and subtle accent materials that reinforce a serene atmosphere without clutter.

Feel free to work in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or your preferred rendering software; I’m comfortable reviewing files in standard formats (PDF, JPEG, SketchUp, or DWG). Deliverables can be provided in stages—concept first for approval, then layout, and finally the 3D visuals and sourcing notes.
