Screen Enclosure 3D Render

I need a set of 3-D visuals that clearly communicate my planned 40' × 14' × 12' aluminum screen enclosure to the Homeowners Association. They are looking for colored images that show how the structure will sit against the house and blend with the neighborhood palette, so accuracy and a clean presentation are critical. $200 budget

Scope
• Build a true-to-scale model of the enclosure, including posts, beams, fasteners, and roof angles, and place it against a simple representation of the existing home exterior.
• Apply moderate-level textures so the aluminum framing, mesh, and roof panels read naturally without pushing for photo-realism.
• Use the exact color set I’ll provide (mostly earth-tone powder-coat options); nothing outside that palette.
• Produce daylight views with shadows that help the HOA understand massing but keep lighting straightforward—no dramatic studio effects.

Deliverables
1. Native 3-D file in a common format (SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
2. Minimum three high-resolution stills: front, side, and 45-degree perspective.
4. A quick revision round to tweak colors or correct dimensions after initial HOA feedback.

Acceptance criteria
• Dimensions match 40' × 14' × 12' within 1" tolerance.
• Files arrive ready for me to drop straight into the HOA submission packet—no extra post-processing required on my end.
