Room Expansion Architectural Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am expanding my current kitchen into the adjoining space to gain more usable square footage and improve overall flow; this is a spatial enlargement rather than a style-focused remodel. To move forward with my contractor and I need drawings and visuals to make envisioning the functional usable space.
Please prepare:
• A scaled floor plan showing the existing layout and the proposed expanded footprint.
• Elevations and a simple section that pinpoint new walls, openings, and any structural changes.
• Two or more high-quality 3D renderings that illustrate how the enlarged room will feel from key viewpoints.
DWG (or compatible CAD) files plus print-ready PDFs will be necessary, and JPG/PNG outputs for the renderings are ideal. Accuracy of dimensions and a layout that reads cleanly at both print and screen resolutions will be the main acceptance criteria. Two rounds of minor revisions are expected so we can fine-tune any small discrepancies that emerge once measurements are double-checked on site.
If you are comfortable turning around both the technical drawings and the visual renderings within a reasonably quick timeline, let’s discuss specifics and get started.
