Roof Rendering for HOA Application

I’m submitting an exterior change request to my HOA and need a clean, photorealistic rendering of my home’s roof that clearly illustrates three elements:

• Architectural-style asphalt shingles as the primary surface
• A neatly aligned, grid-layout solar panel array
• A hand-split cedar shakes skirting that borders the panels

The goal is to give the review board a single, high-resolution image (or a short set of images from key angles) that leaves no doubt about the finished appearance. I can supply current photos of the house, roof dimensions, and manufacturer specs for both the shingles and shakes.

Please create the rendering in any mainstream 3D or architectural visualization tool—SketchUp, Revit, Blender, or similar—so long as the final output is a crisp JPG/PNG and a PDF suitable for print. If you work in layered formats, including the native file would be a plus.

Accuracy in color, scale, and texture is critical; the HOA will compare the image to actual samples. Let me know what reference photos or measurements you need from me and your expected turnaround time.
