​3D Architectural Visualizer / Renderer Needed for Restaurant Interior Design
​Job Description
​Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced 3D Visualizer, Architect, or Interior Rendering Specialist to convert an existing restaurant concept into high-quality, photorealistic 3D models and renders.
​Please note: The interior layout and design concepts are already finalized. We will provide all design details, measurements, and material specifications. Your task is strictly 3D modeling and rendering.
​Responsibilities:
​Build an accurate 3D model of the restaurant layout using provided floor plans and design guidelines.
​Apply accurate textures, realistic lighting, materials, and furniture layout to reflect the intended ambiance.
​Deliver high-resolution, photorealistic interior 3D renders from multiple angles (e.g., dining area, bar/counter, entrance, seating arrangements).
​Required Deliverables:
​3D Source File (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or Revit).
​[Insert Number, e.g., 4–6] High-Resolution Photorealistic Rendered Images (PNG / JPEG).
​Ideal Freelancer Requirements:
​Proven experience in commercial/hospitality 3D interior rendering (restaurant/cafe experience preferred).
​Proficiency in software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, D5 Render, or Lumion.
​Strong understanding of interior lighting, textures, and spatial proportions.
​Good communication skills and willingness to accommodate minor revisions.
