Residential house New Classic interior design
Budget: $10 – $2,000 USD
I want to breathe a refined, New Classic feel into my home’s main spaces—the living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom. I already have the basic layout and structural elements in place; what I need now is a cohesive interior concept that blends timeless architectural details with contemporary comfort.
Here’s the outcome I’m after:
• A mood board and colour palette that capture the New Classic balance of elegant mouldings, neutral bases, and carefully chosen accents.
• Scaled furniture and layout plans for each room, optimised for everyday flow and storage.
• 3-D visualisations (SketchUp, Revit, or comparable tool) so I can see how the rooms relate to one another before committing to purchases.
• A curated shopping list—including finishes, furniture, lighting, and soft furnishings—sourced from suppliers that ship to my location.
I will share measurements, photographs, and inspiration references as soon as we start. Please make sure files are delivered in formats I can pass directly to contractors (PDF for plans, JPEG/PNG for renders, and an editable spreadsheet for the sourcing list). If we’re on the same page stylistically, we can extend the collaboration to other areas of the house later.
