Residential 3D Rendering

A high-quality 3D architectural rendering is needed to visualise a new residential building design. I will share the floor plans, elevations, material references and site photos; the aim is to translate these documents into photorealistic imagery that accurately conveys massing, finishes, natural lighting and interior flow so the project team can make final design decisions.

Any robust pipeline—SketchUp, 3ds Max with V-Ray, Blender, or equivalent—is welcome, provided the final result is clean, well-layered and easy to revise. Preferred output includes native project files (.SKP, .MAX, .BLEND or similar), an exchange format (.FBX or .OBJ), and high-resolution stills in PNG or JPEG.

Deliverables
• Exterior day and dusk renders that highlight façade materials and landscaping
• Two interior perspectives showcasing key spaces (e.g., living area and master suite)
• The organised, textured 3D model for future edits

Once the source drawings are in your hands, a one-week turnaround works well, though let me know if you need an adjustment. Please share a brief note on similar residential projects you have completed and confirm the software you plan to use so I can align file hand-off smoothly.
