Residential Photorealistic CGI Renderings
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m preparing the sales and promotional materials for a new residential development and I need a set of high-impact CGI stills that look indistinguishable from photography. The brief is strictly photorealistic renderings covering both exterior and interior views.
For the exterior, I want to showcase street-side kerb appeal, façade detailing, and realistic landscaping with natural daylight and soft evening lighting. Indoors, the focus is on warm, inviting scenes that highlight spatial flow, material finishes, and furnished lifestyle vignettes. You’ll receive the architectural drawings, material schedules, and mood references at project start.
Deliverables
• 1 exterior hero images
• 2 interior perspectives (living, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom)
• 4K resolution JPG/PNG for web plus print-ready TIFF at 300 dpi
• Editable source files (3ds Max/Corona, Blender/Cycles, or similar)
• Two rounds of revisions for lighting, texture or minor camera tweaks
Acceptance is based on colour accuracy, realistic lighting, crisp detailing, and overall believability suitable for brochures, billboards, and social media. If you’ve crafted visuals for property marketing before, especially with V-Ray, Corona, or Unreal Engine’s path tracing, I’d love to see portfolio samples and hear your proposed timeline.
