Residential Interior Rendering Needed

I’m preparing a set of residential interiors and want them brought to life with photorealistic architectural renders. The job centres on a single-family home: I’ll supply floor plans, reference photos, material palettes and any additional CAD files you prefer (DWG, SKP or FBX). You’ll translate those into fully lit, textured, high-resolution images that accurately convey mood, materiality and spatial proportions.

Key points
• Scope: interior rooms only—kitchen, living area and main bedroom first, with the option to add the remaining spaces once the look is locked.
• Quality: magazine-ready realism; natural lighting, true-to-spec finishes, no generic placeholders.
• Output: 4K stills (JPEG + PNG) plus the editable 3D scene file in your native software (3ds Max/V-Ray, Blender-Cycles, Corona or similar).
• Turnaround: first draft within one week of receiving the assets, two revision rounds included to fine-tune furniture placement, colours and light balance.
