Residential Interior & Exterior Renderings
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I’m bringing a new residential development to market and I want potential buyers to feel as if they have already stepped inside. The project calls for photorealistic renderings of both the interior and exterior: sweeping façade views, inviting living areas, and atmospheric dusk shots that highlight the architecture and landscape.
Style direction
Think mountain retreat blended with Scandinavian simplicity and the warm spirit of a traditional Swiss chalet. Natural timber, clean-lined furnishings, and cozy alpine accents should all read clearly in every frame.
Scope of work
• Exterior: hero angles, daylight and twilight variants, plus a bird’s-eye overview that shows how the property sits within the terrain.
• Interior: kitchen-living open plan, master suite, and one flexible space (home office or guest room) rendered from at least two perspectives each.
• Finishes, décor, and lighting must match the design brief; feel free to suggest tweaks that improve realism.
• Final outputs: high-resolution stills (4K) in JPG/PNG and the native 3D file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or comparable). If you can also deliver a short Lumion or Enscape walkthrough, let me know; that’s a plus.
Acceptance criteria
1. Accurate representation of materials and dimensions provided.
2. Consistent lighting and color grading across all images.
3. Two revision rounds included to fine-tune details and furniture placement.
