I am looking for a professional interior designer to create a complete interior design for a 900 sqm residential building.

Scope of Work:
• Develop a full interior design concept for all areas of the house.
• Provide detailed material specification plans (flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting, furniture suggestions).
• Deliver realistic 3D visualizations to showcase the final look.
• Ensure functionality, aesthetics, and practicality in the design.
• Suggest multiple finish options according to budget considerations.

Required Skills:
• Proven experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of material selection and finishing details.
• Ability to deliver clear execution drawings for implementation.

Deliverables:
• Complete interior drawings and layouts.
