G+3 Residential Exterior 3D Renders

I have a Ground + 3-storey residential project ready on CAD and need it translated into convincing exterior visuals. From the architect you will receive the full elevations, floor plans and site layout; your task is to turn them into two photorealistic isometric renders—one from the front corner and one from the rear—showing the approach road and immediate site context.

Please match every material, colour and architectural detail exactly as the elevation set indicates; no additional styling is required. Clean daylighting, realistic landscaping and subtle vehicular or pedestrian elements that make the scene believable are welcome as long as they stay faithful to the drawings.

Deliverables (digital):
• Two high-resolution still images (minimum 4 K) – front-left isometric, rear-right isometric
• Native scene file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender or similar) with textures linked
• minor tweaks after first draft and Exterior colour combinations after client approval.

If you are comfortable with V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape or an equivalent render engine and can hit crisp, magazine-quality output, I would like to see a quick portfolio sample when you bid.
