Residential Exterior & Interior Renderings

I have a residential project that now needs polished, photorealistic 3-D images of both the exterior façade and the key interior spaces. All architectural drawings and reference photos are ready; what’s missing is the engaging visual material that will help stakeholders understand the final look and feel.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A cohesive exterior set that shows daylight and dusk moods, accurate materials, and surrounding context.
• Interior stills for the living room, kitchen, master suite, and one additional area of your choice, lit naturally and styled to match the finishes in my plans.
• Final files delivered as high-resolution JPG/PNG plus the native 3-D scene (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar—use whichever you prefer so long as revisions remain straightforward).

Acceptance criteria:
• Geometry and textures match dimensions and material schedules in my CAD/PDF drawings.
• Lighting looks believable with no blown highlights or muddy shadows.
• All images render at 4K or higher and are free of watermarks.

I can supply DWG files, reference photos, and a finish schedule on award. Two feedback rounds are included in the timeline; after that I’ll release final payment once the acceptance criteria are met.
