Residential Concept Design Renders

I’m at the very beginning of a new residential build and need help shaping the concept into something I can confidently move forward with. Right now I have rough ideas, a few reference images, and basic dimensions, but I want a professional eye to translate those thoughts into clear design sketches and polished 3D visualizations.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Design consultation and hand/quick digital sketches that explore massing, layout, and overall aesthetic direction.
• High-quality 3D rendering and visualization so I can review materials, lighting, and spatial flow from multiple angles and share compelling images with stakeholders.

I’ll supply any measurements, inspiration boards, and site photos you request. In return I’m looking for iterative feedback sessions, source files (SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and final rendered images in both web and print-ready resolutions.
