Residential/Commercial Exterior 3D Visualization
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have a set of architectural drawings for a single-family residence and need the exterior turned into a photorealistic 3D visualization. The goal is to communicate massing, materials, and lighting for both client approval and planning submissions. I will provide PDFs of the elevations, the site plan, a basic material schedule, and reference photos of the surrounding context as soon as the project starts.
My expectations are straightforward: clean geometry, accurate materials, and lighting that mimics a late-afternoon setting. Final deliverables should include at least three high-resolution still renders (front façade, rear façade, and one isometric hero shot) plus the native 3D file or an exchange format such as .fbx or .skp so I can commission additional views later.
