Residential Architectural 3D Visualization

I’m putting together a high-end presentation folder to market four luxury penthouse apartments in Vienna and need a complete visual package that sells the story at first glance. The job centres on photorealistic 3D imagery—both exterior and interior—with an emphasis on the atmosphere inside each unit, plus clean A3 floor plans ready for immediate print for the presentation folder in order to sell the apartments.

For the exterior, the renders must celebrate the architecture while situating the building in its real surroundings; rooftop skyline, neighbouring façades can be as in Google, and nuanced lighting (daytime and dusk) all matter. Inside, every key space—living areas, kitchens, master suites and ancillary rooms—needs to feel inviting, well-lit and true to the proposed finishes. Because each apartment has its own layout, I’ll require 4 separate presentations, and the total presentation of the project.

Deliverables
• 2–3 hero exterior renders displaying architecture, context and lighting nuances
• High-resolution interior renders of every primary room in each apartment
• Print-ready A3 floor plans per unit, furnished, in .dwg
• Two revision passes after the first draft

I will provide CAD drawings, material boards and reference photos upon project start. Please work in industry-standard software—3ds Max + V-Ray, Corona, Blender, or similar—so the final images can be delivered as .jpg, .bmp for print alongside optimized web copies.

First preview renders within 2 weeks would keep the schedule on track, with final assets following shortly after. Looking forward to compelling visuals that help buyers imagine life on the penthouse level.
