Residential Architectural Design Package

I’m building a new home and need a complete design package that includes precise 2D floor plans, photorealistic 3D house elevations, and a cohesive interior-exterior concept. The project is fully residential and must cover the living room, all bedrooms, the kitchen, and the overall house façade.

I will provide rough measurements and inspiration images as soon as we start; your role is to translate them into construction-ready drawings and high-quality renders. Accuracy, modern aesthetics, and quick turnaround are important to me because the plans will be handed directly to my builder in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.

Deliverables
• 2D floor plans in AutoCAD (DWG + PDF)
• 3D exterior elevations and perspective renders (high-resolution JPEG/PNG + source model)
• Interior concept boards and textured renders for the living room, bedrooms, and kitchen
• One round of revisions after the first draft

Preferred tools are AutoCAD for drafting and SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, or V-Ray for visualisation, but I’m flexible as long as the quality matches professional standards.
