Residential Architect for Modern Garden Project

Good morning,

I am looking for an architect / landscape designer for the complete design of a residential project located in Bamako (Mali).

Dimensions of the land:

- Street side facade: 12 meters

- Depth: 25 meters

- Total area: 300 m²

- Rectangular land
Project objective:

Create a dominant modern garden, while integrating a F2 apartment built above part of the ground floor (parking or terrace).

The garden must remain the main element of the project.
Requested program:

1) Ground floor:

- Parking 2 vehicles in front

- Independent staircase to the floor

- Modern structured garden (geometric lawn)

- Contemporary alley

- Terrace with pergola

- Outdoor relaxation area

- Mineral garden

- Small organized vegetable garden

2) Floor:

- Apartment F2 of about 55 to 65 m² including:

- Living room with open kitchen

- 1 bedroom

- Bathroom + WC

- Balcony overlooking the garden
Important constraints:

- Hot and dry climate (West Africa)

- Shade optimization and natural ventilation

- Moderate maintenance

- Good traffic between areas

- Modern and sleek design

Expected deliverables:

- Sided 2D plan with precise dimensions

- Architectural plan F2

- General site plan

- Realistic 3D visualizations (minimum 3 views)

- Material proposal

- Vegetation proposal adapted to the climate

- Exterior lighting plan
