Renovation Exterior 3D Visualization

I’m renovating my house and need a complete exterior 3D visualization that will let me experiment with new ideas before any construction begins. The model should showcase fresh façade treatments, updated landscaping, and realistic exterior lighting for both day and night scenes. I’d also like a few extra camera angles and “more 3D views” so I can study the design from every side.

I can provide photos right away and might be able to dig up sketches or full blueprints—once we start I’ll confirm exactly what materials I have. From there, you’ll build the full exterior model, apply accurate textures and materials, set up natural-looking daylight as well as evening lighting, and render high-resolution images suitable for my contractor and for personal review.

Preferred workflow is flexible: 3ds Max with V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, Blender, Lumion, Twinmotion—use whichever pipeline you know best as long as the final renders are crisp and realistic.

Deliverables
• Detailed 3D model of the house exterior
• At least three daylight and three night-time renders highlighting façade, landscaping, and lighting
• Additional perspective views covering all key angles

I’m aiming for a smooth back-and-forth, so please allow for one revision round after the first draft renders.
