3D Rendering & Interior Visualization for Apartment

Project Overview:
We are seeking a skilled 3D artist or interior visualization specialist to create high-quality 3D renderings of a 110m² (1,184 sq ft) small apartment, covering all key living spaces with a focus on modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing design.

Scope of Work:
3D Modeling & Layout

Accurately model the apartment’s floor plan (based on provided architectural drawings).

Include all functional zones:

Living & dining area

Kitchen (with built-in appliances)

Bedrooms (master + guest)

Bathrooms

Storage solutions (wardrobes, shoe cabinets, etc.)

Interior Design Visualization

Apply modern and space-efficient design elements.

Propose false ceiling & lighting plans (e.g., cove lighting, recessed LEDs).

Customize furniture layouts (TV console, shoe cabinet, display shelves).

Ensure material accuracy (e.g., marble countertops, wood-look flooring).

Photorealistic Rendering

Deliver high-resolution renders (minimum 4K) from multiple angles.

Include daylight & artificial lighting simulations (to showcase ambiance).

Provide 360° views or walkthrough animations (if required).
