Al Ahli Holding Group is seeking proposals from qualified rendering service providers to create high-quality visualizations for a 30-floor residential tower designed by Kengo Kuma. These renderings will be used for marketing, sales, and investor presentations.
2. Project Overview

•Location: Dubai, UAE
•Architect: Kengo Kuma
•Scope: The tower consists of 30 floors with luxury residential units, amenity spaces, and integration with the surrounding landscape.
•Intended Use of Renderings: Marketing materials, sales presentations, investor decks, and digital/print media.
3. Scope of Work
Required Renderings
1.Exterior Views:
oDaytime and nighttime perspectives.
oAerial view of the tower within The Master Plan.
oStreet-level view showcasing entrance and surroundings.
2.Interior Views:
oResidential unit (living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom).
oLobby and reception area.
oAmenity spaces (gym, pool, lounge, rooftop, etc..).
3.Conceptual & Detail Views:
oFaçade material details and lighting effects.
oLandscaping and podium integration.
4.360° Virtual Tour (Optional but Preferred)
oInteractive experience showcasing key areas of the building.
4. Deliverables
•Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of revisions included.
•Final Delivery Format: 4K high-resolution images (JPG/PNG/TIFF), video flythrough (MP4), and VR-ready files (if applicable).
5. Submission Requirements
