Realistic 3D Parking Visualization

I need several proposals for highly detailed 3D models to convert a garden (see photo, white area) into two parking spaces, including a convincing lighting concept. The scene must clearly show the exact parking space layout, carefully planned planting arrangements, and a professional lighting design that looks great for both day and night renders. Realistic textures, believable materials, and physically accurate light behaviour are essential — viewers should feel as though they could step straight into the space. A modern gate is to be installed from the house wall to the right edge of the property.
You will receive a plan with the dimensions of the area, as well as a photo of the house with the space (which is an excavated area with an AI garden) for the plant selection and luminaires. The space has a slight slope towards the house.

Parking bay dimensions according to the plan
Plant species and arrangements follow the reference brief
