Realistic Model Home Renderings

I have a full set of PDF design drawings for a new model home (426 sq feet) and need them translated into eye-catching, photo-realistic renderings that I can showcase on my website. The brief is straightforward:

• Quantity: 3–4 finished images
• Style: Realistic (true-to-life lighting, materials, and textures)
• Spaces to depict: one exterior hero shot plus key interior living areas and at least one bedroom

Please work directly from the PDFs; no CAD is available at this stage. I’m fine with whichever tool you prefer—3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, Lumion, or similar—as long as the final output looks convincingly real and arrives in high-resolution JPG/PNG suitable for web and print (minimum 4K on the long side).

Deliverables will include:
1. Drafts for each view so I can confirm angle, furniture layout, and color palette
2. Final 4K renders, web-optimized versions, and source files or layered passes if generated
3. A brief note on any textures or asset libraries used, so I can keep branding consistent in future work

Turnaround of one week or less for project. Looking forward to seeing the design come to life in realistic detail.
