Realistic Front Yard 3D Landscape

I need a highly detailed, photo-real 3D rendering of my property’s front yard. The goal is to visualise the full landscaping concept before any ground work begins, so accuracy in scale, materials, lighting, and planting is essential.

Scope
• Produce a single, realistic-style 3D scene that captures the entire front yard from multiple camera angles.
• Include terrain modelling, softscape and hardscape elements, and true-to-life textures that match standard plant and material libraries.
• Provide still renders (minimum 4K) and the native project file so I can request tweaks if needed.

Preferred tools are SketchUp + V-Ray or Lumion, but I’m open to any workflow that achieves the same photoreal finish.

Acceptance Criteria
• Final images convincingly represent daylight and evening lighting.
• All dimensions must align with the provided site plan (to be shared once we start).
• Deliverables arrive in the agreed file formats and resolutions, ready for presentation.
