Realistic Construction Design Visualization Video
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need to turn my construction design (from empty piece of land) into a polished, photo-realistic video that clearly communicates the project’s look and feel. The core objective is design visualization; I am not chasing structural analysis or workflow studies—just a visually beautiful video for potential clients. It is on a lot from 1000 m2 with 2 homes on it with a pool.
Here is what I’ll supply: plans,, and any 3D models I already have. Your task is to refine or rebuild the geometry where needed, apply accurate materials, set true-to-life lighting, stage the scene, and render a smooth video sequence. The final cut should run roughly one to two minutes (long enough to walk viewers through key areas), delivered in MP4 at full HD or better, with a few high-resolution stills pulled from hero angles.
End result is a clean, realistic render with no watermarking or compression artifacts.
Acceptance criteria
• Realistic rendering quality consistent from first to last frame
• Camera path showcases exterior massing, key interiors, and any landscape features I flag
• Final MP4 plus 3–5 print-ready JPEGs (minimum 4 K)
• Source file package so my team can tweak materials later if needed
